A true industrialist, he is a Kuwaiti citizen. Over 45 years, he has designed and stablished process plant for several different industries throughout GCC countries. Finished his bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering from Miami University in 1982 and he joined PIC (Petrochemical Industries Company, Kuwait) as Systems and Methods Analyst then he was seconded to CF. BRAUN & CO (California, USA). as project director for Mina Abdulla Refinery Expansion Project. In 1987 he was appointed as a manager of project management division at GIC (Gulf Investment Corporation, GCC region). 

He then moved to Kuwait Awqaf Public Foundation in 1994 as executive manager of the direct investment and development projects office. In 2007 he became the manager of the project managements with Kuwait Dynamics Co.

Musaed has also founded and managed a number of large direct investment projects such as Sulfuric Acids and Iron Oxide pigments in Kuwait, Aluminum rods plant in Qatar and several retails, food and beverages businesses and engineering consultancies solutions office. 

Main Achievements :

• Successfully managed and monitored actual costs against the planned budget for awarded projects at Kuwait Dynamics Ltd Co., and prepared periodic progress reports to avoid cost overruns or deviations.

• Prepared feasibility studies, investment proposals, and economic feasibilities for private sector projects at Gulf Center for Economical & Industrial Consultancies.

• Managed Awqaf direct investment portfolios, analyzed their performance, and prepared investment plans and strategies at Kuwait Awqaf Public Foundation.

• Managed GIC's direct investment portfolios, identified risks and issues facing associated companies, and recommended possible remedies to overcome them at Gulf Investment Corporation, Kuwait.

Andri W. Pamungkas
Operation Manager

Andri has been a shareholder for GOLDEN OIL and was hired by the CEO since the creation of the company as Operation Manager. 27 years’ experience in Oil & Gas services Industry, he has demonstrated exceptional skills for starting a new venture from a scratch. Andri is a deal hunter who strives to deliver consistent results.

He graduated from Sepuluh Nopember Institute Technology (ITS) Surabaya, Indonesia, in Engineering Physics. He joined Schlumberger as a Field Engineer until promoted as Field Service Manager, operating in different continent, both offshore and onshore operations. Moving to Middle East in last 20 years for several management position in operations and business development in countries like: Pakistan, Iran, Sudan, UAE, Iraq and Kuwait.

Today, he has a vast network of clients in Middle East and is responsible for all GOLDEN OIL’s operation. Mature, experienced, smart, loyal and honest are all words that describe Andri. He is a talented negotiator motivated by results and growth.

Achievements:

• Secured fast track EPC project of crude oil desalting and water treatment Iraq

•  Started a new oilfield services company (provided Slickline, Wireline, Well Testing, Pumping and Tubular  Running Services) from a scratch, and achieved a break even in operation on it first year, Iraq.

• Doubled Services revenue for oilfield service company in Kuwait in first operating year 

• Started and developed new branch of business in drilling interventions operations in frontier new market in Iran then Pakistan.

• Winning and securing the first Integrated Project Management for Drilling and Field development, Indonesia.

Waleed Al Subeie
Sales & Marketing Manager

Waleed Alubiei is a stakeholder and the sales and marketing manager of Golden Oil with extensive knowledge and experience in the petroleum engineering industry. His role includes developing and implementing a sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth. This involves conducting market research, analyzing competitors. He is also responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders. This includes negotiating contracts and pricing, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The key skills that support his role are :

- Goal-driven and motivated with the ability to establish marketing initiatives, develop goals, and create strategic  plans to drive revenue growth 
- Skilled at performing extensive market research and conducting competitive analysis

Waleed holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College, Marietta, Ohio, USA, and has completed professional courses in sales and marketing during his education and previous careers. 

In his previous role as Operations and Business Development Manager at Gulf Works & Maintenance for Oil Facilities Co. (GWAMCO), he modified the company’s management structure, established the company's vision and mission statements, performed extensive market research, and oversaw the recruitment and hiring process of prospective employees. As a Well Testing Field Engineer at Schlumberger, he streamlined the smooth flow of well testing while acting as a field engineer across the KSA, which allows me to check equipment functionality provide technical guidance and supervise team members. 

Achievements:

• Modified the company’s management structure upon formulating and implementing a strategy, which consequently allows GWAMCO to succeed and cultivate its stellar reputation across the gulf cooperation council (GCC) region. (GWAMCO)

• Played an integral role in establishing the company’s vision and mission statements to motivate employees and position GWAMCO to be one of the reliable as well as credible conglomerate service providers for the oil and gas (O&G) industry. (GWAMCO)

• Invested time and dedication in completing a general field engineer project (grade 11) upon conducting a PVT analysis and surface sampling while decisively identifying phase behavior as well as the hydrocarbon fluids properties. (Schlumberger)

• Complied with the safety regulation in administering well test-related duties, including determining complex reservoir characteristics, collecting downhole data, and organizing reports while performing the biggest well test closed system in the world. (Schlumberger)

Fahad M Habeeb
Technical Manager

Fahad is one of the shareholders of GOLDEN OIL who has been hired for his exceptional skills in technology. Fahad has 4 years of experience in the oil & gas field, starting with Schlumberger as a pump engineer, then moving to work as a mud engineer with CPVEN. Added to that, Fahad became an HSE Manager and Training coordinator for the whole coil tubing yard in CPVEN.  Furthermore, Fahad has been responsible for the launch of several tech start-ups, such as EDUGO and Meraya.

- Safety Management. 

Fahad Graduation from the University of Wyoming with honors in petroleum engineering and concentration in chemical engineering. Fahad was a TA and a tutor for all engineering science, math, physics, and chemistry.

• Deployment of new REDA CONTINUUM pump in Kuwait.
